About The Position

Fireblocks enables financial institutions, fin-techs, exchanges, OTCs, hedge funds to securely manage digital assets across a wide range of products and services. As an Order Management Specialist at Fireblocks you will take full responsibility for the following -

  • Review all incoming orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to company bookings and revenue recognition guidelines
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Renewals, Collections, Legal, and Revenue departments and become an expert in Order Management policy and procedures
  • Set up contract details in NetSuite and meet internal teams to support billing, commissions, forecasting and revenue recognition processes
  • Review and evaluate current deal closure procedures and challenging those items that delay or complicate deal closure, invoicing, revenue recognition, commissions, and collections workflows. Providing a reasonable and creative solution to improve workflows based on analysis
  • Perform assigned month end accounting and reporting operations activities
  • Assist in design scalable order management processes and build systems infrastructure to support month-end close
  • Develop and document controls and procedures
  • Help create and prepare schedules and reports regarding team metrics for management review
  • Manage special projects as assigned and delivering accurate results

Requirements

  • 3+ years operational accounting experience in a growing, SAAS technology business
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with sales, customer contracts, and order desk operations
  • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Experience resolving order management/billing issues
  • Intermediate knowledge of excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, etc.)
