The Marketing Operations team is a critical component of ensuring the success of the Fireblocks vision.


You will be an early member of a growing global team, creating a better MarTech stack and improving processes throughout the entire funnel by working with key stakeholders to identify, and resolve, bottlenecks, blockages, and gaps in the marketing team’s operations needed to continue rapidly scaling and maturing. This role reports directly to Marketing Operations and sits in our New York office.


As the Marketing Operations Specialist, your job is to:

  1. Ensure marketing data is clean and accurate
  2. Support marketing with lead management, email marketing, and customer journey orchestration
  3. Continuously improve and optimize marketing automations and processes
  4. Plan and implement marketing tech stack changes and improvements


Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing department by implementing and tracking omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and integrate marketing activities in Hubspot
  • Act as the guardian of our data and campaign lists, ensuring data quality and timely launches to our audiences
  • Campaign audience list processing and management

Requirements

  • Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot strongly preferred.
  • 1 year of marketing operations or Performance Marketing
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Proven cross functional experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities 
  • Be able to problem-solve and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong Google Analytics experience
  • Background in SaaS or fast growing startups highly preferred
  • Be able to grow
