About The Position

Fireblocks is a fast-growing VC-backed startup focused on securing and transferring digital assets across public and private blockchains. Based on explosive growth in 2020 we are looking to expand our sales team across the globe. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment with a team that is passionate about security and blockchain technology and you have a strong track record of success then this is the perfect role for you. 

As Director of Business Development at Fireblocks, you will be taking a crucial and central part in building strong and long-lasting relationships to further the Fireblocks exceptional product into new markets and business opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Success, and others.

You can expect to collaborate with Consultancy firms to achieve lead generation growth and new partnerships, support the Sales team and their customers

You must be a self-starter, highly organized, and have the exact right emotional intelligence balance and intuition for people and social situations.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management
  • Experience from the Crypto Native field - a big advantage
  • Experience working in the Cyber/Blockchain/Saas/Finance ecosystem. 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and analytical skills
  • Great analytical skills and out-of-the-box thinking with an amazing team-player attitude.
