Overview of the role

 Fireblocks is looking for a talented Social Media & Community Manager to manage, develop and grow our community across social media and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for growing Fireblocks’ online presence, engage with core industry influencers, and foster stronger relationships between the brand and the community. You will work with the Fireblocks marketing team to support cross-channel brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, and also be expected to proactively seek out and tap into current conversations on social media.


Responsibilities

  • Implement, execute, and optimize Fireblocks’ organic social media marketing
  • Serve as a point of contact for Fireblocks’ social media platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
  • Interact with community members and customers in a professional, personable, and timely manner to grow and connect with the community
  • Work with the marketing team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content
  • Manage the social media editorial calendar and ensure the content is published by the stipulated deadlines
  • Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
  • Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful feedback
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant professional experience in social media, digital marketing, community management, and/or marketing analytics for a B2B brand, ideally in blockchain, cybersecurity, crypto, or Fintech
  • Ability to develop and maintain a voice, company presence, and audience across multiple social media platforms
  • Verifiable examples of social media marketing successes and wins
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with marketing automation and social media management platforms like Hubspot, Sprout Social, Hoots etc
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with trends in the blockchain/crypto/broader tech industry and social media world
  • Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, strong time-manage skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with a desire to join a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them
  • Video editing and/or design experience a plus but not a must
