Overview of the role

Fireblocks is looking for a talented Paid Marketing Manager to support our team with expertise in developing and executing our paid marketing strategy. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of multiple paid digital marketing campaigns at a global scale. You will work closely with the Fireblocks marketing team to execute paid search, display, and social advertising strategies. This includes copywriting, creative ideation, keyword research and management, analytics and tracking, campaign implementation, bid and budget management, landing page performance analysis, and campaign reporting. This position will be expected to improve paid media campaigns efficiency and increase conversions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and implementation Fireblocks’ paid marketing campaigns
  • Examine correlations between prospecting activities, revenue, and budget
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
  • Research and test methods to expand our reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Build landing pages and lead-gen forms to distribute content through relevant paid programs
  • Monitor competitor movements and stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  • Reporting on KPIs against our broad marketing goals (i.e. brand awareness, lead generation)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid search/paid social campaign management with a passion for scaling existing and new paid digital channels
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social media advertising (LinkedIn, Twitter, and more), and content distribution and placement networks
  • Proven track record of implementing and managing successful marketing campaigns 
  • Have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript; can fully manage and analyze your own campaigns, tracking code, and tests
  • Prioritize data-driven frameworks for decision making
  • Hands-on experience in handling budgets and reporting results
  • Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask
  • Critical thinker with problem-solving skills, strong time-manage skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Self-starter with a desire to join a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
  • A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them
