Today, over 1300 customers rely on the Fireblocks platform to store, transfer and issue digital assets – and we’re just getting started.
We are looking for a Senior Director Demand Generation who can build and grow our demand generation engine with a cohesive strategy based on a “test and learn” philosophy and data-driven approach, focused on activating campaigns that increase Marketing’s contribution to deliver new business sales pipeline and closed-won bookings. This role reports to the SVP of Global Marketing.
- Be the single-threaded owner of our pipeline efforts.
- Drive targeted demand efforts for each of our sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise).
- Design and execute integrated global marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, digital (paid search, display, retargeting), content syndication, virtual events, and partnerships.
- Establish data collection and attribution for key demand metrics across the funnel, working closely with our data analysts. Use this data to make informed decisions on what experiments to run quarterly to improve new sales pipeline creation.
- Strengthen lead scoring as well as email and nurture programs - optimizing to expedite opportunity creation, pipeline acceleration, closed-won revenue.
- Lead marketing operations to create an effective MarTech stack.
- Work closely with senior sales leadership and PMMs to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful demand gen programs.
- Partner closely with regional marketing teams to support their GTM and pipeline objectives
- 7-10+ years of demand generation experience, defining and executing multi-channel demand programs for B2B SaaS (experience in an early stage startup environment a plus)
- 3-5+ years in successfully building and leading a demand generation team
- Strong test-and-learn orientation, experience with A/B testing for conversion optimization
- Previous experience in B2B finance or blockchain/crypto
- Must be data driven and comfortable with agile methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
