Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

The GTM operations Team is the bridge between the Sales organization and all other business functions at Fireblocks. We are responsible for the GTM strategy and planning, business analysis, operations and sales tools for the sales organization. As our Sales organization and business needs are growing, we are looking to scale our support capabilities for the sales organization and other business functions that rely on our CRM.

Fireblocks are seeking a motivated intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. In this role, the Intern will support the GTM Operations team with executing critical projects/initiatives and ad-hoc business requests.

This is a high impact role, with quickly changing priorities and demands. The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy driving change in a business and seeing fast results. You are a hard but efficient worker, but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get a job done, and are able to balance competing priorities while keeping the big picture in focus. This role is an individual contributor role that reports directly to the Senior GTM Operations Manager. 


You’ll be:

  • Executing various tactical initiatives on data hygiene in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Assisting with various data analysis requirements for our business leadership
  • Providing day to day ad hoc support to Sales Director and Account Management team in our CRM
  • Performing research and analysis in support of operations
  • Helping plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Launching and executing new business initiatives
  • Required to perform additional projects upon request

You’ll bring:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient with G-Suite (Gsheet, Gmail etc.) and Excel
  • Interest in the digital asset/crypto industry
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) is desirable

We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
