Based on explosive growth in 2020 we are looking to expand our Account Management team across the globe. We are looking for a customer marketing expert who is passionate about delighting and engaging customers. You will help guide our customer-focused initiatives that build strong business relationships. A key focus will be education and upsell opportunities. Another is working with Customer Success to help customers quickly learn to use Fireblocks, with the goal of making everyone a power user. 

You are a creative marketer with strong communication skills that generates and nurtures new customer advocates. You’ll also be collaborating with other departments to create incredible customer experiences that enables multiple Fireblocks teams to reach their business goals. 

Responsibilities: 

● Connecting with customers to ensure continued education of new products, features as well as new blockchain opportunities. 

● Develop customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns. ● Connecting with customers to ensure continued education of new products, features as well as new blockchain opportunities. 

● Ability to communicate and connect with customers in person and virtually, as well as earning the trust of key customers. 

● Deeply understand CRM systems like Hubspot, with the ability to identify and act on trends in customer data. 

● Identifying customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, and speaking opportunities. 

● Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives. ● Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruiting new customer advocates. 

● Manage annual/biannual/quarterly customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization. 

● Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement. ● Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with awareness and training. 



Requirements

● 3+ years of experience working directly with B2B customers supporting a combination of SaaS, cybersecurity, FinTech or blockchain products. 

● A passion and a willingness to learn about new technologies including cryptocurrency and the blockchains that power them. 

● Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms. 

● Experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy. 

● Experience working with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes.
