The Marketing Operations team is a critical component of ensuring the success of the Fireblocks vision.

You will be an early member of a growing global team, improving ROI reporting and data visibility by preparing, analyzing, and reporting on customer behavior and marketing performance data to help the marketing team improve performance and reach our goals. This role reports directly to Marketing Operations and sits in our New York office.

As the Marketing Operations Analyst, your job is to:

  1. Provide campaign and channel performance reports and dashboards
  2. Analyze and continually provide insights on experiments to improve the customer journeys, conversion rates, and funnel velocity. 
  3. Improve reporting structure and capabilities


  • Support the marketing organization and report to Marketing Operations
  • Evaluate the impact of demand generation and omni-channel campaigns on pipeline and revenue
  • Measure the end-to-end marketing funnel performance
  • Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring and tracking purposes
  • Collaborate with the marketing theater leaders and GTM operations teams and leverage data to inform, develop, and iterate on marketing strategy.
  • Ensure marketing costs are tracked and reported correctly
  • Identify areas of improvement in the marketing funnel


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • 3 years of analyst experience
  • Proven cross functional experience
  • Strong analytical capabilities 
  • Be able to problem-solve and understand key drivers of pipeline and revenue
  • Strong Google Analytics experience
  • Background in SaaS or fast growing startups highly preferred
