About The Position
As the Office Manager @ Fireblocks, you will be the go-to person for our employees, customers, and vendors and in charge of overall office life.
Our office life is super dynamic, filled with great people, that we cherish as our biggest assets.
We see our office manager not only as the person who makes sure our fridge is stocked, we see her/him as an integral part of our employee's welfare and well-being.
You will take part in our welfare operations, organizing social events, birthdays, onboarding tasks for new employees, as well as manage the day to day life at the office: ordering food, coffee, office supplies, and more.
You must be a self-starter, highly responsible, and organized with a can-do attitude and a genuine, caring nature for others.
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager at a high-tech company – must
Highly organized and meticulous in everything you do – must
Customer-oriented with excellent English (written and verbal) – must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Mandarine - as mother tongue
Possess strong time management and prioritization skills, be highly independent, and thrive under pressure.
