Director of Account Management, APAC
About The Position
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate and close renewal opportunities while developing new business opportunities with existing clients
- Analyze user behavior and track key account metrics.
- Build key customer service processes and systems
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Executive, or relevant role
- At least 2 years of leading and developing an Account Management team.
- Experience in the Crypto or Financial fields and working remotely
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and analytical skills
- Native/ fluent English speaker
