About The Position

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate and close renewal opportunities while developing new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Analyze user behavior and track key account metrics.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems


  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Executive, or relevant role
  • At least 2 years of leading and developing an Account Management team.
  • Experience in the Crypto or Financial fields and working remotely
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills and analytical skills
  • Native/ fluent English speaker
