About The Position

As a Director of Sales Engineering at Fireblocks, you can expect to lead the regional sales engineering team, providing mentoring and guidance to the people within your responsibility. Projects and clients that are engaged within the region, from the sales stage till onboarding and thereafter should be satisfactorily delivered and delighted.

You will be expected to understand the competitive landscape and how other competing solutions and platforms operate, be a gatekeeper to the internal engineering groups, help drive POC setup and testing via the team and in certain circumstances deliver directly, it should also be expected to give demos on all advanced features related to API integration, handle tier 1-3 knowledge transfer to customers, coordinate workshops, assist in customer onboarding, handle RFPs and more.

You must be comfortable working with multiple salespeople, prospects, and customers.

A self-starter, go-getter with a can-do attitude, a great relationship builder and maintainer, and tech-savvy.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

Extremely high technical acumen 

Experience working with Cyber/Blockchain is a plus

Financial Service Experience is a plus
