About The Position

Fireblocks is an enterprise-grade platform delivering secure digital asset wallet infrastructure for some of the largest global financial institutions. Leading exchanges, banks, and lending platforms transact on the blockchain via the Fireblocks platform and the Fireblocks Network of over 550 institutional customers.

Fireblocks is on the search for our APAC Technical Customer Support Team Leader.

As our first Technical Customer Support Team Leader in APAC, you will have the opportunity to help build this team from the ground up, reporting directly to the Director of Customer support and operations at Fireblocks HQ.

You will also have the chance to work with the best in the field and grow within the company. Learn the ins and outs of the Crypto and Cyberworld and master our groundbreaking product, while becoming a source of knowledge and expert of our system.

The position will include dealing hands-on with all Tier 1-3 class cases, giving fast and accurate technical support to our existing customers around the world, managing and growing a team of experts while working closely with the R&D, Product, and sales teams.

Support to our customers must be given in near real-time period due to the nature of our customers business, so you must thrive under pressure, be highly technical, analytical and a great person to be around

  • At least 2 years of current or past managerial experience
  • At least 4 years of experience giving highly technical customer support in a fast-paced, growing tech company.
  • Highly technical, with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and networking security - a must
  • SQL Experience - a must
  • Experience working with Kibana - Great advantage
  •  Experience with building teams from scratch / SaaS companies - Great advantage
  • BSc in Computer science/Industrial engineering and management/other related fields
  • Experience in supporting FIntech/Crypto customers - Great advantage
