About The Position

Fireblocks is a leading digital assets infrastructure provider for some of the biggest financial institutions in the crypto space. Fireblocks’ SaaS platform is used by hundreds of customers for conducting their robust financial operations on the platform. 

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Product Operations team, work closely with the product team to help them answer questions, and make better decisions to improve the product, based on data-driven insights.

In this role:

  • You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the cyber and digital asset world and master our groundbreaking product. You will have the opportunity to work with the best in the field and be part of a new and growing team.
  • You will be responsible to process data from a variety of sources, provide data expertise from ad hoc requests to in-depth research projects. Analyze product usage data and trends, build complex queries, maintain reports, build dashboards, and track KPIs using BI and analytics tools.
  • You will collaborate with others to define and develop metrics that will help to measure the success of new feature launches. 
  • You will use data to identify power users of particular features to help with customer outreach and discovery, understand where our customers are having success and what their pain points are, and communicate those findings to the Product team, and the company at large. 
  • You will be on the lookout for new ways to improve our products and deliver value to our customers, provide insights and recommendations to help our strategic decision-making process, and help to achieve our business goals.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or any similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment, working closely with product teams.
  • BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering/ Economics or other quantitative fields.
  • Data-oriented and analytical mindset, with the intellectual curiosity to search for context and insights behind the numbers, proactive and self-driven spirit.
  • Sound understanding of product metrics and proven track record of initiating analysis and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong SQL with experience in querying large, complex data set.
  • Experience with Analytic tools - Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc, and with data visualization and BI tools – Tableau, PowerBI etc. – a must.
  • Experience in tracking product usage with tools like Pendo. 
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint/ Google Slides and developing executive dashboards and presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
