The right candidate has experience in all areas of Global Compensation: job architecture, job evaluation, salary management, sales compensation plans, recognition programs, severance programs, executive compensation, etc. In previous roles, they’ve evaluated, built, and recommended Compensation programs based on market assessment and business strategy. They have expert-level knowledge of trends and developments in Global Compensation, including applicable finance, accounting, legal, and tax issues.

You will work closely with members of the leadership team, as well as with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a rapidly scaling environment, and has a “roll up your sleeves” approach.

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate the ongoing review and approval of compensation actions
  • Develop education/communication materials about our compensation program
  • Maintaining and refine existing compensation processes
  • Research and identify market trends and best practices, participate in surveys, and provide analysis

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training
  • Over 10 years' progressive Compensation experience
  • Proven experience with senior executive compensation, global job architecture, compensation program design, and oversight for all components of compensation (salary, bonuses, stock, recognition)
  • Knowledge of industry trends and developments in compensation, including relevant legal issues
  • Experience advocating and influencing audiences at all levels of the organization with a demonstrable ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
