The constant growth and delivery of new product concepts require coordination and collaboration to execute product delivery in scale and high quality and security.

Based on explosive growth in 2021 we are looking to expand our Account Management team in EMEA. About The Role:

As part of the Fireblocks sales team, the Global Strategic Account Management team is a hybrid role that requires a blend of industry expertise, sales skills, and customer-centricity. The successful Global Strategic Account Manager will be execution and results-focused and will build and maintain strong account partnerships across Fireblocks’ Traditional Financial Institutions. While also maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. You will rely on your strong account management skills to create and deliver value to our customer base. Business retention and organic ARR growth are key - renewals, upsells, and expansions will form a fundamental part of your responsibilities.  


Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the management team to proactively build a revenue generation pipeline through renewal, upsell, and expansion opportunities
  • Forecast monthly recurring revenues based on pipeline
  • Negotiate and close renewals for existing customers while developing new business opportunities, i.e., upsells and expansions
  • Get to know your customers’ portfolio intimately, understand their business model, and develop an Account Strategy to facilitate product adoption and usage 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting working relationships with customers
  • Listen and learn customer dynamics, analyze satisfaction’s level, and identify engagement risks 
  • Serve as the point of contact for Account Management matters across a designated book of business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive deadlines and deliverables of the product and projects to the customer 
  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated clearly to the relevant internal teams: Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success and Support
  • Acquire and demonstrate Digital Asset Markets industry knowledge and convey Fireblocks best practices

  • Aptitude in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Confidence in working with stakeholders and customers at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives
  • Self-starter, independent, and experience with remote work and remote teams
  • Demonstrate personal integrity, positive attitude, and results-oriented mind-set


 

Requirements


  • 10+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager, Engagement Manager, or Relationship Manager, retaining, expanding, and upselling accounts
  • University degree in a data-driven discipline (Economics, Finance, or Computer Science) and master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred) 
  • Demonstrated experience in working in Traditional Financial Institution, FinTech, or Management Consulting
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to details
  • Native/fluent in English and preferred another European language (German, French, Italian, or other)
  • Preferred experience working with G-Suite, HubSpot, and Monday
  • Willingness to travel as needed to successfully manage the book of business
