As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead @ Fireblocks, as a player-coach you will manage a group of end to end recruiters and will oversee the creation of strong talent pipelines for our company’s current & future hiring needs, work closely with the hiring managers, become their trusted partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, and help us build excellent teams. In addition, you will manage your own positions and pipelines.

The ideal candidate should be able to build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels & provide an excellent candidate’s experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in a high-tech company or recruitment agency with 2 years in a Team Lead position
  • Proven track record of directly sourcing software engineers
  • Experience in conducting in-depth face to face interviews
  • Proven experience in social media, headhunting, Boolean search etc.
  • Experience in global recruitment (EMEA wide an added bonus!) – Superiority
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, independent but also a team player
  • Demonstrated experience in a technical recruitment role (agency and internal)
  • Proven experience managing recruiters and sourcers, helping people to develop
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • A consultative approach with the ability to influence
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
