At Fireblocks, we are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Security Architect with a proven track record in the field of product and application security. This position is integral to our mission of fortifying our organization's digital assets against emerging security threats and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Architecture: Collaborate closely with our development teams to envision, design, and execute security requirements throughout our product suite, applications, and architectures. Ensure that these security measures align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Risk Assessment and Threat Modeling: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities within our products and features. Drive strategies to resolve these issues effectively.
  • Security Standards: Define and enforce comprehensive security standards and best practices for product development. This includes establishing coding guidelines and secure design patterns.
  • Security Testing: Oversee and streamline the integration of cutting-edge security products into our software development lifecycle, ensuring robust security at every stage.
  • Incident Response: Enhance our product risk assessment by improving detection capabilities. This includes creating dedicated rules for our Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) teams.
  • Security Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive security documentation encompassing threat models, risk assessments, and security requirements based on established frameworks.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our products meet stringent regulatory and compliance requirements related to security, privacy, and data protection.
  • Security Tools: Evaluate and implement the latest security tools and technologies to bolster the security of our products and applications.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Security Architect or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of product security principles, practices, and tools.
  • Proficiency in threat modeling, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity with leading security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, CIS).
  • Experience with secure coding practices and programming languages (e.g., typescript, javascript, nodeJS, C/C++).
  • Expertise in security testing tools and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
