These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation at a Fireblocks customer conference event. By registering for the event you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound to them. By placing this order I also agree to the organizer’s Terms.
I. Data Privacy
Fireblocks will process your personal data, including a work e-mail address to support your registration, provide updates on this event, and share news about the Fireblocks customer conference. We may also use this data to contact you about other relevant events. You can unsubscribe from future communications from Fireblocks at any time by clicking on the link in each e-mail we send. We may share your details with certain third-parties, such as the venue, in order to provide this event to you. Your information will not be passed on to any other third parties. For full details on how Fireblocks processes your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
II. Full Terms and Conditions
You should read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation at a Fireblocks customer conference event (the “Event”). By registering for the Event, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound to them. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not register, attend or participate in the Event.
III. Registering on behalf of another person
If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and agrees to be legally bound to them. By completing and submitting the registration form, you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms.
IV. Changes to this policy
These Terms apply to you from the date of publishing and until these Terms are superseded by a new version. We may update these Terms at any time for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Any amended Terms will be posted online.
V. Tickets
Registration fees are 50% refundable if canceled on or before September 13th, 2024. Fees are non-refundable if canceled any time after September 15th, 2024. We’d also be happy to transfer your pass to a colleague to attend in your place, if you prefer.
All tickets must be assigned to an attendee, and all attendee details must be 100% complete prior to the Event. You cannot resell a ticket. Doing so will void the ticket, and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the Event. No refunds will be given in this instance. In certain cases, free or subsidized tickets may be offered. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already purchased a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
Fireblocks, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel and/or refund an attendee’s ticket to the Event.
