As CCO, Madan leads our post sales teams consisting of Customer Success, Support and Services and Education to ensure our customers are maximizing value from Fireblocks Solutions. As a visionary Customer Success leader he has built, scaled and managed empowered Customer Success teams in global SAAS companies like HP, Genesys, DataStax and Collibra. He has deep experience in helping customers with technology solutions to meet complex strategic and operational goals.
Madan graduated from Andhra University in India with a Masters in Business Administration.
