Midas is a DeFi platform offering liquid, yield-bearing tokens that provide investors with on-chain access to investment strategies traditionally reserved for institutions.
“We are a player in what’s called the real-world asset (RWA) space,” says Felix Stremmer, Head of Finance and Operations at Midas. “What we offer are liquid yield tokens—investors can invest and redeem at any point in time.”
Through collaboration with A-grade risk managers like Edge Capital, Midas structures these certificates to provide transparent, tokenized exposure on-chain.
We’re doing this in a very compliant way from a securities perspective as a German issuer entity.
Scaling Securely with Fireblocks
In just four months, Midas grew from $30 million to $300 million in TVL. To keep pace, the team needed infrastructure that could scale securely and seamlessly.

“We previously used multi-sig wallets, but those aren’t scalable. MPC is really the way to go,” says Felix.
