SPARK ‘26 Conference Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation in a Fireblocks customer conference event. By registering for the event you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound to them.
Fireblocks will process your personal data, including your work e-mail address to support your registration, provide updates on this event, and share news about the Fireblocks customer conference. We may also use this data to contact you about other relevant events. You can unsubscribe from future marketing communications from Fireblocks at any time by clicking on the link in each e-mail we send. We may share your details with certain third-parties engaged by Fireblocks to facilitate and operate the Event (including, without limitation, registration platforms, catering providers, AV and technology suppliers, and security contractors). Any such sharing will be subject to appropriate data processing arrangements and will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Your information will not be passed on to any other third parties. During the event, Fireblocks may offer QR codes containing your contact information to facilitate networking and information exchange with other attendees.
For full details on how Fireblocks processes your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
You should read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your online registration, attendance at and/or participation in a Fireblocks customer conference event (the “Event”). By registering for the Event, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms and agree to be legally bound to them. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not register, attend or participate in the Event. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fireblocks in relation to your attendance at the Event and supersede all prior representations, communications, or agreements (whether oral or written) relating to the same subject matter. No variation to these Terms shall be effective unless made in accordance with Section IV below.
If you are registering on behalf of another person, it is your obligation to make sure that the person attending is aware of these Terms and agrees to be legally bound to them. By completing and submitting the registration form, you are representing and warranting that you have made the person attending aware of these Terms and that they have accepted these Terms. You acknowledge that Fireblocks shall have no liability to you or to such person arising from any failure on your part to fulfil this obligation.
These Terms apply to you from the date of publishing and until these Terms are superseded by a new version. We may update these Terms at any time for legal and/or regulatory reasons, or to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Any amended Terms will be posted online. Your continued registration for or attendance at the Event following the posting of updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check the Event registration webpage regularly for updates.
Registration fees are 50% refundable if canceled on or before September 11th, 2026. Regardless of the reasons for cancellation, fees are non-refundable if canceled any time after September 11th, 2026. You may transfer your registration to a colleague or other named individual, provided that you notify Fireblocks in writing and the proposed transferee completes all required registration formalities. Fireblocks reserves the right to decline a transfer request at its sole discretion.
All tickets must be assigned to a named attendee, and all required attendee details must be provided in full. Tickets with incomplete attendee information may be cancelled by Fireblocks without refund.
You cannot resell a ticket. Doing so will void the ticket, and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the Event. No refunds will be given in this instance. In certain cases, free or subsidized tickets may be offered. If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already purchased a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund. Fireblocks reserves the right to introduce, amend, or withdraw complimentary ticket offers at any time without notice. Any such offer is made at Fireblocks’ sole discretion and is subject to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
Fireblocks, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel and/or refund an attendee’s ticket to the Event at any time, including where Fireblocks reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or considers the attendance of the relevant individual to be inappropriate or contrary to the interests of the Event.
Your registration entitles you to admittance to the Event, subject to compliance with these Terms, applicable Event policies, and the rules of the Event venue. Fireblocks reserves the right to alter the Event programme, format, or content at any time. Fireblocks shall not be not liable for any other associated costs with your attendance including without limitation travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other incidental expenses.
All attendees are subject to these Safety and Security practices:
- Entrance to the event conference will be allowed only to confirmed SPARK ‘26 ticket holders.
- No weapons are allowed in the venue.
- Any suspicious persons or activity must be reported immediately to the security team at the venue or to the relevant emergency services.
- Attendees are required to produce valid photographic identification upon entry. Fireblocks and the venue reserve the right to conduct reasonable security searches of persons and property as a condition of entry.
- Attendees must comply at all times with the health and safety policies and instructions of the Event venue.
Fireblocks is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment for all Event participants. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, professional, and courteous towards other attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, and Fireblocks staff at all times.
Fireblocks operates a strict zero-tolerance policy in respect of harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidating behaviour of any kind, including on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Any attendee found to be acting in breach of this code of conduct may be ejected from the Event at Fireblocks’ sole discretion without refund, and Fireblocks reserves the right to take such further action as it considers appropriate in the circumstances.
All sessions, meetings, group meals, and other Event activities are restricted to registered ticket holders only.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to advise of any special access or dietary requirements at the time of registration. Last minute notification may result in an inability to accommodate such requirements, and Fireblocks shall not be liable for any failure to accommodate requirements that were not disclosed at the time of registration.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate insurance coverage in connection with their attendance at the Event. Fireblocks strongly recommends that attendees obtain travel, cancellation, and public liability insurance prior to attending the Event. Fireblocks cannot be held liable for any harm, loss, liability or damage to personal property. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Fireblocks’ liability for death or personal injury caused by Fireblocks’ negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is the attendee’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements to attend the Event, and to apply for an entry visa if required. Fireblocks accepts no liability for any loss or expense incurred as a result of an attendee’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documentation. In the event that an attendee is unable to attend the Event due to visa or travel documentation issues, the refund policy set out in Section V shall apply.
By attending the Event you acknowledge and agree to grant Fireblocks the right at the Event to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to Fireblocks includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media. To the extent permissible under applicable law, you waive any moral rights you may have in any such recordings or images. You further waive any right to inspect or approve any finished product or any use of your likeness prior to publication or distribution.
Fireblocks acknowledges that the media rights grant above is predicated on your attendance at the Event constituting implied consent. If you do not consent to being recorded, filmed, or photographed, you should notify Fireblocks in writing prior to the Event at [email protected]. Fireblocks will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture in group or wide-angle footage will be avoided.
Use of video and audio recording equipment is not permitted by attendees without prior written agreement from Fireblocks. You are permitted to take photographs and are welcome to make use of social media before, during and after an event, subject to the above. Any social media content posted by attendees in connection with the Event must not disclose any information that is expressly designated as confidential by a speaker or session host. Attendees must comply with any “no recording” or similar rules announced for individual sessions.
Fireblocks, in our sole discretion, and without any liability or obligation to refund, reserves the right to refuse admittance to or eject from the Event any person whose presence and/or behavior Fireblocks determines to be:
- Disruptive or hindering the Event and/or the enjoyment of the Event by other attendees, speakers, partners or staff.
- Not compliant with the rules and policies of the Event venue while on such venue’s premises.
- A security or health and safety risk to the Event or to any person or partner at the event.
- Not compliant with, or is likely to fail to comply with, these Terms.
- In breach of the code of conduct set out in Section VIII.
- Likely to bring Fireblocks or the Event into disrepute.
You acknowledge and agree that Fireblocks, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event, including but not limited to, the Event name, themes, content, program, speakers, performers, hosts, moderators, venue and time. Fireblocks shall not be liable to you for any loss or expense arising from any such change. Changes to the Event programme shall not entitle you to a refund of your registration fee unless expressly agreed by Fireblocks in writing.
In the unlikely event of postponement or cancellation of the Event, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the refund of paid fees (net of any non-recoverable third-party costs or credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted by Fireblocks), and we will not be liable to you for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or postponement including without limitation any travel, accommodation, or other costs booked in reliance upon the Event proceeding.
In the event of postponement (rather than cancellation), your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund in accordance with Section V.
Fireblocks is not liable if an Event is, in whole or in part, canceled, rescheduled or postponed, or for any failure or delay to perform our obligations under these Terms, if such circumstance results from anything beyond our reasonable control (including without limitation natural disasters, flood, fire, extreme weather, acts of terror, war, labor strike, malicious damage, pandemic or disease outbreak, curtailment of transportation facilities, governmental restrictions or travel advisories, compliance with any law or governmental order, or mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation, or any other emergency) or anything other circumstance, act or omission that renders performance of an Event, in whole or in part, impracticable, illegal or impossible.
All intellectual property rights in and to the Event, the Event content and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Event are owned by Fireblocks and/or the speakers presenting at the Event. You may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Event, in any Event, content and/or in any materials distributed at or in connection with the Event for any reason without the prior written permission of Fireblocks.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to vest in you any legal or beneficial right in or to any trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned or used under license by Fireblocks or any of its affiliates or grant to you any right or license to any other intellectual property rights Fireblocks or its affiliates, all of which shall at all times remain the exclusive property of Fireblocks and its affiliates.
It is strictly forbidden for any company, organization, or person to attempt to host or organize an event in conjunction with, contiguous to or purporting to be related to a Fireblocks’ Event or its affiliates without the express prior written permission and cooperation of Fireblocks. We reserve the right to take such action (legal or otherwise), including a claim for damages as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate in the circumstances.
You acknowledge that any presentation materials, session recordings, or other content made available to attendees in connection with the Event are provided for your personal, non-commercial reference only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without Fireblocks’ prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by the applicable law, Fireblocks gives no warranties in respect of any aspect of the Event or any materials related thereto or offered at the Event and, to the fullest extent possible under the laws governing these Terms, disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness and merchantability. Views expressed by speakers are their own. Fireblocks does not accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the Event or in any material provided to attendees. Neither Fireblocks nor its affiliates can accept any responsibility or liability for reliance by you or any person on any aspect of the Event and/or any information provided at the Event. Save to the extent required as a matter of applicable law, neither Fireblocks nor any of its affiliates shall be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential costs, damages or losses arising directly or indirectly from the Event or other aspect related thereto or in connection with these Terms. Where Fireblocks is liable to you, the aggregate liability of Fireblocks to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the registration fee paid by you for the Event.
THE FOLLOWING LIMITATION APPLIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL FIREBLOCKS BE LIABLE TO ANY ATTENDEE OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ATTENDEE’S PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, EVEN IF FIREBLOCKS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY FIREBLOCKS’ NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE EVENT TAKES PLACE ONLY WITHIN THE FIREBLOCKS DESIGNATED LOCATIONS AND TIMES AT THE VENUE. FIREBLOCKS ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INCIDENT, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY ACTIVITY, TRAVEL, OR CONDUCT THAT OCCURS OUTSIDE THOSE DESIGNATED LOCATIONS AND TIMES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH ACTIVITY IS CONNECTED WITH YOUR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fireblocks, its related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, third-party service providers, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors (together, the “Indemnified Parties”) from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise out of or are related to: (a) any breach of the Terms by you; (b) your attendance or participation at the Event; (c) your negligence or wilful misconduct; or (d) any claim by a third party arising from your acts or omissions at or in connection with the Event.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
a. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by any court or authority of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
b. Waiver. No failure or delay by Fireblocks in exercising any right or remedy provided under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy preclude any further exercise of it.
c. No Third Party Rights. These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by any person who is not a party to them, except that the Indemnified Parties in Section XIX may enforce the indemnity provisions.
d. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Fireblocks. Fireblocks may assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations hereunder to any member of the Fireblocks group of companies or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
e. Notices. Any notices to Fireblocks under these Terms should be directed to [email protected].
