Peter Marton is the Director of Digital Identity, Compliance Advisory, and U.S. Policy at Fireblocks, where he spearheads digital identity and programmable compliance initiatives while advising on U.S. regulatory policy.

Previously, he served as Deputy Superintendent of Virtual Currency at the NY Department of Financial Services, leading key policy developments on blockchain analytics, stablecoins, and custodial requirements. Peter also held leadership roles at Promontory Financial Group, where he authored the groundbreaking Wyoming Special Purpose Depository Institution Examination Manual. He holds Masters degrees in Business Administration and Global Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
