About SPARK ‘23

The Fireblocks' user conference will take place starting at 6:30 pm on Monday December 4th through 12 pm on Thursday December 7th, 2023 on the wonderful east coast of Mexico.

Expect robust intellectual conversations with fellow industry leaders as we gather the best and brightest to continuously challenge each other, discuss innovative visions, and build connections within the ecosystem. The agenda comprises several days of keynotes, hands-on labs, networking events, and workshops to help you learn industry best practices, forge new alliances, and gain mastery of Fireblocks.

The Fireblocks' user conference will have four (4) main tracks. More information on each of these tracks will be available at a later date.

Early Access: $2,595 (from June 16th - November, 1st 2023)
Standard: $2,995 (from November, 17th- November 30th, 2023) -
Your ticket includes content, networking, meals, and your hotel room for 3 nights (Dec 4th, 5th, and 6th) per person. The hotel is all inclusive and charges per individual attending; registration covers all inclusive hotel accommodations for one individual. Guests may be added for an additional cost.

Yes, tickets will be available at a discounted rate during the early access period which runs until November, 1st 2023. After the early access date, tickets will be full price and no additional discounts will be granted, with the exception of group discounts. If you have a group of four or more individuals who plan to attend, an automatic 15% discount will apply at registration.

We plan to keep registration open until November 17th, 2023, a month before the event. However, registration will close earlier if tickets are sold out prior to the deadline.

We accept payments made in USD ($) and USDC/USDP (Any Blockchain officially supported by Circle - Algorand, Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, Stellar, TRON, Polygon).

There is not a limit on how many individuals can attend from your organization.

We accept major cards including: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ACH, and the Fireblocks network if you wish to pay with select Crypto currencies.

The hotel is all inclusive and will include meals on Monday evening through Thursday morning. You are responsible for your flights, your registration ticket, and any additional guests or days you wish to have at the hotel.

You may bring a guest, but please note that the majority of the hotel will be dedicated to the SPARK '23 conference. Some of the facilities and services will be closed to non-conference attendees. Only registered attendees will be permitted to attend sessions and conference meals.

You do not need to book a room for the conference. Once you have registered, Fireblocks will reserve your room for the nights of December 4th, 5th, and 6th. Should you have any special requests, please reach out to [email protected]; If you wish to extend your reservation (before or after the conference dates), this can be completed through the confirmation you receive from your registration.

Registration fees are 50% refundable if canceled by September 15th, 2023. Fees are non-refundable if canceled any time after September 15th, 2023. We'd also be happy to transfer your pass to a colleague to attend in your place, if you prefer.

Yes, there is an app for SPARK '23. You will receive an email with download instructions and additional information two weeks prior to the event. The app will allow you to select your breakout and workshop sessions and will be a great resource for conference related information.
Travel

SPARK '23 kicks off with a welcome reception and dinner on Monday, December 4, 2023. We recommend booking a flight that arrives prior to 2pm to allow sufficient time to clear immigration and transfer to the hotel. Typically, it takes 1 ½ hours to get to the hotel from the airport. The conference officially ends at noon on Thursday December 7th, 2023. Hotel check out is the morning of Thursday December 7th, 2023.

Shuttles will be available; more information regarding transportation options will be provided closer to the event date.

If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay, you can do so via the booking link in the confirmation sent with your ticket registration. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred such as hotel room and transportation.

Please check covid travel requirements for entering Mexico from your departure origin. Although the hotel does not have specific requirements, we recommend testing before arrival and also after checking in.

There is no specific dress code for SPARK '23 but we encourage business casual. The weather will be warm so we suggest dressing accordingly.
