This role involves both interpersonal and technical skills. You will be guiding and mentoring all Frontend developers in the company with React’s best practices, architectural planning, performance, monitoring, a/b testing etc. while also playing a key role in the development of large-scale web applications.
We build intuitive, fun and easy to use applications while keeping a world-class security architecture. You will be expected to bring creative and fast solutions to challenges.
What You'll Do:
- You will guide, mentor, and lead strategic processes for the frontend development teams.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our front-end development strategies in React.
- You will be responsible for designing and leading the development of scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams,providing technical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
We work in small, elite, fast-moving teams to meet aggressive schedules.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React & Typescript.
- 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong background in architecting and building complex & large web applications.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in writing code in Agile, CI/CD environments.
- Proactive approach with ability to organize self and work effectively.
- Team player with strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Experience with MobX - Big advantage.
